How to Change Your Website PHP Version in cPanel

This guide will walk you through how to change your PHP version for your website, allowing you to switch seamlessly between different versions on the fly.

Note: Please note that changing your PHP version may cause certain features of your site to break if your website is not properly updated to support the selected PHP version.

  1. Log into cPanel
  2. Go to Software > MultiPHP Manager

  3.  Select the checkbox next to the domain you want to change the PHP version for

  4. Go to the drop down at the top-right section of the page, and select the version you need

  5. Click Apply
