How to Transfer in A Domain to Manage at FTG

Sometimes you want to bring existing domains you already own into our hosting system to help facilitate an easier connection to your website services, or even simplify the troubleshooting process. Below is a guide on how to achieve this.
To transfer in a domain:
- Log into our client portal
- Go to Domains > Transfer Domains to Us
- Enter in the domain that you wish to transfer in, along with the EPP (Auth) Code provided by your previous registrar.
- Click Add to Cart and complete the checkout process, and once the invoice is paid the transfer process will automatically begin. It may take up to 5-7 days for the domain transfer to finalize.
