About In-Stitches and Patch Embroidery

In Stitches Embroidery is a small, family-owned business based in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The team includes Mike, an Air Force veteran and graphic artist; Wendy, who brings 25 years of accounting experience from CPA firms specializing in small business; and Wayne, their son, who is an apprentice electrician and personal assistant for the family business.

Project Summary

In Stitches Embroidery reached out to us with the goal of building a website that showcased their business and family values. Both a family-driven, and veteran owned business – they wanted to ensure that their values and mission were something that was at the forefront of their branding. Additionally, ISE sought to build out their E-Commerce services, with the ability to sell both pre-stocked products, custom products, as well as a myriad of other custom services.

Our primary goals with this project were the following:

• Keep the navigation simple for users while granting easy access to everything ISE has to offer on their site
• Keep the company mission and values at the forefront of their branding, with top-of-mind being an important goal
• Create a platform that was easy for the company to manage themselves, allowing them to utilize their existing WordPress skills
