As part of our proactive protection for your website, we place an uptime monitor on your website to notify our team if any issues with your website, including – but not limited to – outages, excessive page load times, and SSL Certificate expiration.

Will you notify me if my website goes down?

Yes. We do not send an automated notification, but instead filter these automated checks to our team for manual checking before notifying you of an outage. This done intentionally to help reduce the possibility of a false positive, which may cause unnecessary panic regarding the status of your website. We will notify you via email of any outages or issues, and continue to keep in touch with you until these issues are resolved.
