What does ‘Outage Protection’ mean?

To compliment our uptime monitoring services, we offer outage protection – a proactive recovery play for your website in the event of a detected outage. As part of our uptime monitoring services, we periodically test the health of your website to ensure that it is running well, and accessible to your visitors.

What happens when an outage occurs?

In the event that a failed test occurs, our team is immediately notified, and we will begin work to identify the issue, and mitigate the problem if at all possible. In the event of an outage, we will notify you via email and continue to communicate with you as we work to remedy the issues on your site.

How quickly do you resolve outages with my website?

In most cases, we are able to mitigate issues with WordPress sites in less than an hour from incident awareness.
