My Website Is Showing ERR_NOT_RESOLVED

If you visit your website and receive an ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error in your browser, this means that your domain name is not returning a resolvable IP address for your website. This can be caused by an IP address that is no longer in use, or a lack of a record for the associated DNS zone.

You can resolve this issue by updating the DNS record for the URL you are trying to update.

For example:

  • If you are trying to visit ‘www.example.com’
Then you need to update the DNS record for ‘www.example.com’
  • If you are trying to visit ‘example.com’
  • Then you need to update the DNS record for ‘example.com’

You can follow these guides if you are trying to connect your domain name to your hosting account.
