This guide will walk you through how to submit a design change request according to best practices to ensure that your request is processed as soon as possible.

Collect Required Media Assets

Before submitting a design request, please collect all media assets that will be used for this change. This would be things like images, videos, branding guides, copy documents, or sales collateral associated with the change request. You will be required to submit this information to us when you request a change requiring this info before we can fulfill this request.

Clearly Define the Scope

To ensure that we’re only modifying items on your site that need to be changed, and nothing that doesn’t – please be specific when talking about pages, sections, or areas of your website that you need adjustments to. We recommend at the very least indicating the Page name that you are referring to, and providing reference to what specifically needs to be adjusted.

Example of a Clear Request:
“I want to adjust the contact section on my home page to include a phone number.”

This is an example of a request that has clear instructions, scope, and details of what to change.

Example of an Unclear Request:
“I want to collect phone numbers on my website.”

This example is not so clear, in that we would likely have to ask follow up questions to determine how you wanted to capture this, where, and in what user flows.

Submit Your Request

Once you’ve gathered all of this information, you’re ready to submit. Simply fill out our design change request form, and attach your media assets, and our team will reach out to confirm your request.

Please Note: If we receive a design request from you regarding your website and you do not have an active Managed Design plan for the associated website, you will be billed for services rendered outside the scope of your services.
