By default, this should be enabled for your account. You should only have to use this guide if you want to manually disable this feature, or turn it back on after manually disabling.

To enable the ability for you to ‘one click log in’ to services in our infrastructure like cPanel or other hosting dashboards without a password, our portal has a feature called Single-Sign-On.

  1. Log into your hosting portal
  2. Go to the upper-right hand corner, and click the drop down arrow next to your name, and then click Account Security
  3. Configure your single-sign-on settings as desired. Your selection will automatically save.

Article Overview

This guide will walk you through how to disable, or re-enable the single-sign-on feature for your hosting portal, enabling you to ‘one click log in’ to your dashboards such as cPanel or other hosting dashboards.
